How to participate

• you are a master student
• you are working on a topic related to the tracks of the INDIN 2007 conference
• prepare a poster about your work (size of A0)
• submit your poster electronically not later than 2007-07-05 using the form below
  DEADLINE EXTENSION!
• a jury selects the 20 best posters
• the participants will be informed about the acceptance on 2007-07-07
• no registration fee has to paid to participate in the student poster session

Poster Guidlines

• DIN A0 (841 x 1189 mm)
• top, right, bottom, left border 12.7 mmm
• Header
  • top left corner - logo and name of your university
  • top right corner - logos of the INDIN07 (will be provided when your poster has been accepted)
  • top center - title of your poster (large); below your name
  • header should not exceed 140 mm height and 815 mm width
• Contact Information
  • lower right corner
  • your name
  • your e-mail
  • your university
• Font - large enough for a poster this size

If your poster is chosen for the presentation on the conference

• send the hardcopy of your poster not later than 2007-07-16
• if you want us to print out your poster for a fee please contact us
• come to the INDIN conference for presenting your poster (2007-07-25)
• get in contact with researchers from all over the world
• experience one day on a large conference
• the best posters will be awarded
